The owner of the original image retains copyright.
Participants determine what information may be made public.
Agreements made between KFPL and participants are revocable. The donor may contact us at any time to request that their items be removed from our collection, the Internet Archive and the Story Me blog.
KFPL is under no obligation to publish or post the images and stories collected, but may use excerpts on the Story Me blog, in publicity, for exhibits, etc.
